Team Leader Service Administration (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
This role blends inspiring leadership with hands-on management of essential service administration tasks, such as complaint processing and email handling. The Team Leader not only plans and organizes the daily workload but also conducts regular meetings with units to swiftly address issues and meet their needs effectively.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Lead a service administration team of 10+ direct reports responsible for one of the process areas.
  • Hire, train, motivate and develop team members, including setting goals, measuring and documenting performance.
  • Ensure high quality and timeliness of the tasks delivered by the team.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity and quality, take improvement actions if required.
  • Assure right back-up structure, create and keep up-to-date documentation for all processes assigned to the team.
  • Ensure that work in the team is evenly distributed (well trained, clear guidelines).
  • High quality reporting on workload and operational problems, proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders.
  • Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 2-3 (or more) years' professional experience in similar position,
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, 
  • Very good knowledge of French (min. B2 level), 
  • Very good knowledge of English, 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team, 
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, 
  • Organizational and time-management skills, 
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager (videoconference)
  • F2F meeting in Warsaw office.
