Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist (all genders) to join our Global Divisional Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a central bridge between our local market organizations worldwide and our global strategy. You will be responsible for driving international campaign roll-outs, managing our YouTube presence, and ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between different entities and ensure smooth communication,
  • Organize the exchange with our global market organizations,
  • Manage the Process Analytics division’s video assets. This includes writing scripts, producing short videos with support and identifying ways to optimize the video promotion strategy,
  • Gather best practices, identifying potential for global activities, and suggesting ways to improve processes,
  • Manage the SharePoint (Fotoware) platform to ensure all marketing materials are easily accessible to global teams,
  • Support various ad hoc marketing and communication tasks, including public relations, community engagement, and collaboration with channel partners,
  • Develop campaign assets (e.g., social media carousel, infographics) and assist in the roll-out of third-party campaigns,
  • Support the content strategy and planning process.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role,
  • Fluency in English (min. C1),
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment,
  • Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving with the ability to maintain focus,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint,
  • Experience with YouTube, Fotoware, and Canva Pro is a plus.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
