Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Employment Type: Part-Time Contract 
Contract Duration: 6 Months 
Working Arrangement: Flexible part-time work arrangement available, with the option to work either 4 full days per week or afternoon half-days on weekdays, based on mutual agreement and business requirements. 
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor 
Career Opportunity: High-performing individuals may be considered permanent employment opportunities upon successful completion of the contract period, subject to business needs and performance. 

The Part-Time Assistant will be an integral member of the Training and Marketing team, supporting the maintenance and development of digital learning solutions. This includes managing video content, eLearning materials, and multilingual training resources. The role will also provide support for training coordination, event administration, and digitalization initiatives. 
  • Support the Training and Marketing team with course and event administration, including activity creation, event registration, onsite event support, meeting room bookings, and related coordination tasks.
  • Assist in video recording, editing, and production for eLearning content development. 
  • Support the translation and localization of training materials from English to Simplified Chinese. 
  • Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement projects. 
  • Assist in testing, validating, and maintaining digital training content and learning platforms.
  • Coordinate and maintain training documentation, records, and learning resources.
  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Languages, Communication, or related disciplines. 
  • Able to commit to a 6-month part-time engagement. 
  • Proficient in English and are proficient in simplified Chinese for translation.
  • Familiarity with video editing software, digital content creation tools, and Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and systems.
