Floor scale assembler - 1st shift
Ubicación Ohio, Estados Unidos Fecha de publicación 10 septiembre 2026 ID de la oferta 23148- Maintain accurate written records such as production orders, test sheets, shipping documentation, pack lists, and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) sheets.
- Maintain stock control, pull items for orders, assemble / pack products, work in other departments, and complete other related duties as required to fulfill customer requirements.
- Accurately picked/pack all items in the BOM.
- Work from order schedules as well as from verbal and written instructions.
- Participate in a 5S and Lean initiatives.
- Apply basic computer skills involving SAP and Microsoft Office, as well as aid in accurate collection of SQDC data.
- Use of forklifts, pallet jacks and handcarts and use of cranes and jib hoists.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work effectively with a team or an individual basis as well as safe and effective use of tools such as banders, cutters, staplers, hand / pneumatic tools, and hand tools (power screwdriver, torque wrench, hand wrenches, etc.).
- Have basic computer knowledge / skills and use of SAP).
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to understand fractions, decimals, and measurement techniques.
- Ability and drive to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to inspect own work and the work of others.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work overtime when required (some could be on weekends).
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow shipping / assembly / test / quality assurance procedures and engineering prints.
