- Lead and continuously track active MME/MLE opportunities using the NETMAP approach; maintain the pipeline and provide bi‑weekly updates.
- Conduct in‑depth customer discovery and on‑site assessments (leveraging VOC/JTBD methods) to identify pain points, core processes and risks; produce and drive technical solutions and technical agreements (pre‑sales proposals as contract attachments), coordinate internal technical agreement reviews, and provide ongoing technical support through to customer acceptance.
- Act as Project Manager (PjM) during delivery to drive FAT/SAT and go‑live/closure activities, manage risks, and organize post‑project reviews and archival of key deliverables and lessons learned.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Pre‑sales Efficiency, Tools (20%)
- Design and refine pre‑sales tools, templates and processes (proposal templates, technical agreements, etc.) to improve responsiveness and consistency.
- Systematically capture and package industry success stories for sales enablement and market presentations and run regular internal/external case sharing and training.
- Product Feedback and Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Standardize VOC/JTBD documentation and submit customer requirements or missing features into product requirements recording system; drive closure and prioritization of requests on a bi‑weekly cadence.
- Promote SAFe/agile practices within pre‑sales and project management, and regularly summarize improvements to boost team capability, delivery quality and win rates.
- Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Automation, Software, Electrical Engineering or similar subjects.
- Working years
- Minimum 3 (5 is better) years of experience in project management, pre-sale consultant.
- Minimum 2 years Digitalization or smart manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Professional skills

- Strong ownership and passion for the work and the business target, as well as teamwork spirit, strong Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Experience in industry software preferred
