Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Website Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between different teams, such as marketing, design, IT and internal business stakeholders to coordinate and implement web changes and ensure smooth daily website maintenance. 

Under your scope will be company’s websites and content management system. 

Your responsibilities: 
  • Manage the company’s website. 
  • Support updates to web content. 
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Local and Global Marketing Communications, Product Managers, IT teams) to implement updates and new features. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for resolving website-related issues and liaise with IT teams. 
  • Monitor the website to detect technical issues such as broken links, errors, and slow load times, and report them to IT teams. 
  • Proofread and test content and functionality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a high-quality user experience. 
  • Perform data reviews and cleanups to maintain high-quality website data. 
  • Coordinate website projects, including new feature implementations. 
  • Collaborate with IT and Marketing teams to improve user experience. 
  • Present and justify business unit needs to IT teams and negotiate solutions. 
  • Work with the SEO IT team to implement search engine optimization techniques to improve search engine visibility. 
  • Coordinate the collection of input for the Excel Mass Load of documents to a Document Library (Digital Asset Management system). 
  • Work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, from entry-level employees to managers.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international corporate jobs in the area of business analysis, website coordination / management, ecommerce, project management, project support or data management,
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written),
  • Educational degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Analysis, Ecommerce, Computer Science or related field,
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, data merging, cleanups, comparisons),
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Soft skills required for this role:
  • Excellent organizational skills and getting things done attitude,
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels, business areas and cultures and building relationships,
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges in dynamic environments.

This will be your additional asset: 
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
  • Experience editing content in SAP Commerce SmartEdit (formerly CMS Cockpit),
  • Experience editing content in SAP Commerce Backoffice (Hybris).
