Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Global Graphic Designer, you will shape the brand's visual identity by creating impactful graphics that communicate marketing messages. You will collaborate with teams to ensure visual consistency and translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within the brand guidelines.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for global marketing collateral, including brochures, infographics, social media content, and advertisements,
  • Create and supervise branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms,
  • Ensure brand consistency worldwide by supporting and guiding local marketing teams as needed,
  • Lead design projects from concept through final execution, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail,
  • Opportunity to develop new corporate identity guidelines that define the brand's visual language,
  • Managing subcontractors through all stages of video and animation production, ensuring good quality at the right price,
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into workflows.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting,
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software,
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen understanding of branding and marketing principles,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in English & Polish),
  • Ability of scheduling tasks and setting priorities,
  • Experience in digital marketing design, including social media graphics and online ads, is a plus.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
